With of all of our drain/sink/gully unblocking services, be it commercial or domestic, we provide a 28 day guarantee, so you can have peace of mind when calling in the team. Please note however the guarantee will become void should we find foreign objects within the drainage such as wet wipes, nappies, sanitary wear, food including but not limited to debris, fats, oils & grease. All of the aforementioned will be classed as misuse of the system. The guarantee will also become void should issues within the pipework become evident during the process of unblocking which will include but not limited to root ingress, cracked lines, dropped pipework, bad installation, where possibly we will provide a course of remedials works should any defects be found in the system. To enable to guarantee we must be contacted within the 28-day period whereby the above will be reiterated to you, we will organise a suitable time to reattend the property. Should we find any of the above within the line the visit will become a chargeable one at which point you can decide whether to proceed with the unblock. Should the above be found within the system on our first visit no guarantee will be offered
